The last few months have been a bit ridiculous. I won’t go in to detail, but let’s just say I’m very grateful that things have calmed down. All is well, my friends.
I’ve got some book updates for you, folks:
Books: I’ve got a short e-book coming out this summer. My husband, as some of you may know, spent much of his life with epilepsy (he is MUCH healthier now :). There are many aspects of dealing with a seizure disorder that one learns to handle–lights, smells, sneaking up on someone–that I would have appreciated a guidebook about. With that in mind, I’m working on something that I think could help anyone interested in these types of issues, as well as people who have found that someone they know has epilepsy. In fact, it might even help people recently diagnosed to consider what their possible triggers might be. Written from a friendly perspective, this book can only cover my experiences–but I believe many will relate and find some solidarity here. You’re not alone!
In the fall, I should be releasing an awesome profile of Little Rock. Featuring interviews from many influential people in our local farm-to-table movement as well as people working to increase the efficacy of our local economy, this will be an interesting look at what we do, why we do it, and what the future looks like in our amazing town. Details to come!
